1. Sponsor:

The Grog Shop, 3585 East End Road, Homer, AK 99603.

2. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of Alaska who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Grog Shop, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or those residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter:

No purchase necessary. Entries must be submitted in person at The Grog Shop’s East End Road location during regular business hours.

Participants may receive up to four (4) entries by completing the following actions and verifying with store staff:

• Show proof of following The Grog Shop on Instagram (@grogshopak)
• Show proof of following The Grog Shop on Facebook (@thegrogshop)
• Submit a valid phone number on the in-store entry form
• Submit a valid email address on the in-store entry form

Maximum of 4 entries per person. All entries must be legible and complete. False, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

6. Winner Selection, Announcement, and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by The Grog Shop within five (5) days of the Sweepstakes end date. All eligible entries will be placed into a physical container, and one entry will be drawn at random by a Grog Shop staff member, witnessed by another staff member for transparency.

The winner’s name will be announced publicly on The Grog Shop’s Facebook and Instagram pages. The winner will also be contacted directly via the social media platform or contact method used to enter. If the winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days, an alternate winner will be selected using the same process.

7. Prize Redemption

The prize must be picked up in person at The Grog Shop’s East End Road location in Homer, AK. The winner must present valid government-issued photo ID showing proof of age (21+).

No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions are permitted. If the prize becomes unavailable, The Grog Shop reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

8. General Conditions

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Deschutes Brewing Company.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Grog Shop, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and all associated platforms from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind related to participation or prize use.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alaska.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to The Grog Shop using their submitted contact information to administer this Sweepstakes and for future promotional communications, including events, tastings, deals, and giveaways. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of The Grog Shop and its promotional partners.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 1,000 entries.
